The car was moving with ease with two of four cylinders on the smooth highway until it got to a hill. The car began to decelerate and its engine began to roar. But sooner the car began moving with similar velocity with that it was moving on the smooth highway. What has happened to the car? It has switched from using two cylinders into using the third and the fourth and finally overcame the hill. Note when the car began to use the third and the fourth. It was when it was confronted by a hill. Why am I telling this story?
I tell this story because you are like that car created with four cylinders. You may be operating under two cylinders, some even one. Know today that you can do better than what you are doing now. All you need to be above average is within you. Yes I say its within you. Don't look at your weakness but rather improve on your strength and you will become better and better as the day goes by. Always remember that the absence of problem don't make great people but the ability to manage them does.
